DUI- Dekalb County- Blood Test Results Suppressed- Underaged driver-Accident
Our Client came to us after having been involved in a one car accident. He was taken to the hospital and was given a blood test that came back positive for alcohol and higher that .08%. We filed a motion to suppress and after a hearing where we showed that the officer did not have sufficient training in DUI investigation and failed to properly investigate this case, the court suppressed the blood test results!
DUI - Atlanta- Road Block- Breath test results suppressed
Our client was stopped for making a left turn one block away from a DUI Roadblock. First, we prevailed at the ALS hearing and saved his driver's license. Secondly, we fileld a motion to suppress and had a hearing. At the hearing we were able to show that the police did not have probable cause to stop our client. The State was unable to explain why he was stopped after making a legal left turn from a left turn only lane. Case dismissed.
DUI- Atlanta- Road Block- Charges Reduced
Our client was stopped at a State Patrol Roadblock. The event was on videotape but the field sobriety test were conducted in such a manner that left room for debate as to whether our client performed satisfactorily. He refused the breath test and was facing a license suspension for a year. We were abe to negotiate to save his license at the ALS hearing and convince the State to reduce the charges from DUI to reckless.
